1. An application in plain paper may be submitted by any citizen of India, addressing SPIO of that office concerned for seeking information under RTI Act, 2005.
2. If that information is not available at that point the application transferred to the other SPIO, where it is supposed to have the information with request to provide the information to the applicant.
